Requires Custom IVR Service getting Credit Card Details from Customer.
Client calls and enters Credit card Info via IVR1. Asterik writes info in database and processes CC via Payment Gateway like Authorize.net.
if transaction successful then record transaction number and caller id in database.
then redirect call to IVR2
if transaction not successful, replay IVR1.
When Client calls the following time after a successful transaction, the call is directed directly to IVR2
the caller id should stay active for 48h (should be able to change later)
This can be implemented by using Asterisk AGI (using PHP or Perl). So, this AGI will present the IVR and process the credit card transaction to your payment gateway such as [login to view URL], Paypal, etc. And this AGI will keep the caller ID alive for certain reason. This AGI will be also able to handle any dtmf tone detection or any other processes. Let me know if this technique is better for you.
