Fix A2Billing outbound call busy number on Elastix

Elastix and A2Billing are installed and configured and fonctionnal but when I test an outbound call via A2Billing, voice said that number is busy even if not. Need someone to fix it. It's probably just a dialplan problem but can't find it.
