Asterisk Developer for Partyline application needed

We have Asterisk PBX system with one Digium TE110P (1xE1). We need to develop an application (party line) that would work in following way: Callers would be connected into 1-on-1 chat rooms. So for example first caller would stay in a queue and wait for his pair to appear. Next caller would be automatically connected to him. They start talking. If any of them wants to leave the conference and talk to someone else he can press 0 (zero), and he goes back to queue and waits for next caller. Second party from that conference also goes back to queue and also waits for another caller (but not the same as before). So it would go like this: After calling party line number caller gets following message ([login to view URL]): Welcome to party line! We will soon connect you with someone for 1-on-1 chat! At any point you can change chat partner by pressing 0. Please stay on the line while we find a chat partner for you... a. If there is a free partner you connect him immediately b. If there is no free chat partner you repeat message ([login to view URL]): „Please wait we are looking for a free chat partner for you.“ If any of the parties in chat presses 0 (to change chat room): a. Party who pressed 0 get message ([login to view URL]): You have chosen to leave current chat and than this repeats: Please stay on the line while we find a chat partner for you... a. If there is a free partner you connect him immediately b. If there is no free chat partner you repeat message ([login to view URL]): „Please wait we are looking for a free chat partner for you.“ b. Other party gets the message ([login to view URL]): The other party chooses to end conversation with you and then again: Please stay on the line while we find a chat partner for you... a. If there is a free partner you connect him immediately b. If there is no free chat partner you repeat message ([login to view URL]): „Please wait we are looking for a free chat partner for you.“ The call for any caller should be disconnected after max 10 minutes from call initiation with the message [login to view URL] Statistics module is also desirable
