Convert image to DXF

We have a plotter/cutter than can draw and/or cut simple DXF files. However, my attempts to get the images I need in an appropriate format have failed and I need someone else to do it. I need to cut out the material needed to make the flag shown in the attached PDF. I have also included one large DXF that isn't doing what I want so it's probably not the right format. I need a DXF file I can open and use. I tried using Corel Trace to trace the PDF images but it wouldn't export a useable DXF. I can draw whatever I need in TurboCAD just fine for my purposes, but someone out there must have an easier way, and I'm willing to pay for it. I'd want you to send a basic test drawing before spending any real time so I can open it and ensure you can provide what I need. For anyone who knows AutoCAD and/or Adobe, I believe this will be simple. Unfortunately for me, I don't. ## Deliverables 1) One very simple test drawing I can use to run a trial and confirm this is going to work. 2) One or more DXF files in the same format to plot or cut on my table. ## Platform TurboCAD version 9.5.
