Clipart or similar graphics for a brochure

We are preparing a leaflet for a new system. To make the text clearer and more appealing, we want to add some graphics that explain how the system works. The maximum number of required graphics tables is four. Clipart or hand-made works are OK, provided they are created expressely for us. ## Deliverables Please read carefully before placing a bid. If something is not clear, do ask!! We will answer every reasonable question as soon as possible. **_Artwork to be created _** You will graphically describe how a new safety enforcement system works. You artwork must illustrate, in the easiest and clearest possible way, the following *working cycle*: > *A) an RFId "tag", shaped as a small adhesive circle, is applied to the rear side of the badge. Under regular conditions, the tag has no purpose and the badge is used normally. > B) in case of emergency, all the personnel evacuates the dangerous area and runs to the meeting points in safe areas. > C) as soon as a person arrives at the meeting point, (s)he passes the tag near a special RFId reader. > D) A central system collects all the data coming from the various readers and delivers the information to a central PC and/or to PDAs. This allows security managers to know, in real time, who is in a safe area and who is still in danger. > * **_Constraints_** 1. You must stick on these concepts in your artwork, otherwise we will reject it. 2. READ CAREFULLY: again, the artwork you create must be **original, expressely made for us**. YOU DON'T GET PAID SHOULD WE DISCOVER YOU INFRINGED THIS CONSTRAIN!!! **_Revision procedure _** 1. At the beginning of the work, you must sketch at least three _completely different_ alternatives of concept C) above, among which we will choose. These proofs can have a lower resolution and/or have a watermark superimposed. 2. We will choose one of your artworks. 3. We reserve the right to ask you a maximum of three reworking cycle on the artwork we selected in phase 2. Any further request (for example, if we choose **two** artworks and ask you to work on both) will be negotiated via Rent-a-Coder web site, but you are not obliged to accept. **_Type, size, colours of graphics _** 1. You are free to decide if to create cliparts, hand-made tables or other forms of art. Please don't use photos. 2. You are also free to decide if to create four different scenes for the four concepts, or a single table. 3. If you opt for the four scenes, the size of each of them must be a standard A6 format. If you prefer to create a single table, its size must be a standard A5 format. 4. We prefer bluish tints and in general sober colour combinations, but we are open to fair suggestions. 5. Colours must belong to the CMYK domain. 6. In case of non-vectorial graphics, minimum resolution is 300 DPI 7. Use text as few as possible. Ideally, don't use text! **_Deliverables _** If you created a vectorial artwork, you must deliver us the original file so that we can modify it. Please tell us which application you used to create it! Moreover, you also must deliver your artwork in TIFF format (CMYK space).
