Articles and Academic Writing: 5 writers needed

Hello competent writers. I represent All Peaks writers, a team of more than 20 permanent writers who have worked with us for more than 3 months and from various countries. We are in need of only 5 more competent writers who are good in US English for a long-term basis and who can handle or ready to be trained in both article and academic writing. We assign tasks from the following companies: 5 Tex broker accounts (articles), 1 Essay Shark (Academic), 2 Allwriting (Academic ), and 1 UvoCorp (academic). Our structure is simple (Director (1), Chief Editor (1), HRM (1), Editors (3), writers (20+) and obvious (the finance department). After every 2 weeks, the chief editor (Mr. Austine Misula-Kenya), will be providing you with your every two weeks performance analysis. Official awarding of the project through freelancer will be after 1 week of working for us so that we have time to determine your competence and consistency. Payment terms We pay bi-monthly i.e after every 2 weeks. We used to pay weekly but we found it wasteful because by 1 week, some of our clients may have not paid yet. No milestones please. We offer a fixed rate of $0.004/ word i.e $2/500 words. A deadline for all tasks below 500 words is 3 hours, thereby, we need writers with fast turnaround rates and who observe quality too. We have an application that we share with our writers that aid in correcting grammar and omitting plagiarism). N/B: 400-500 words/ 3 hours We pay 5% bonuses of total earnings to our writers who manage to write 60,000 words in 2 weeks. After working with us for 3 months , we allow you to have at most 3 of your writers under your management working for us, whereby you earn 5% of their total earnings. You are the one to determine what time to work and how much task to handle. What we do is assign you tasks one after the other, not many at once. Our rate may be low but it’s fair and paid, we cannot deceive to pay you what we cannot give. If you are ready and willing to work, you will earn over $100 weekly like most of our writers do. We are always online almost for 24 hours. Our new writers will fast handle articles for 2 months before we train and allow them to handle academic tasks. For academic tasks, we pay $ 2/ page (275-350 words) and offer 5% bonus to writers who manage 100 pages in 2 weeks. Academic tasks have provision for more and consistent work, even more than 10 pages. We allow our writers to work with other employers as supplement to what they do for us.
