create shapes that morph into each other and move around for a 3-4 narrated video

My client wants to describe their company using a 3-4 minute video showing how the various tools they use work together. I am attaching a very rough story board (there is an additional page with fewer transitions and shapes which I am not attaching.) Only one picture would be on the screen at any one time with the shapes flowing into one another as described. Client will request links to samples of work in advance of the project. We must be able to use the animated shapes to sync it up with narration and we have basic software to do that. However, it is possible that the syncing (not the narration itself) would also become a separate project. We will only consider bids from those who are very specific in describing their capabilities, the software used, the estimated amount of time it would take to complete the project and a link to similar work samples. We are happy to provide the images as vectors - or in any format you require. Thank you!
