Create an Animation

We are a video production company with a client who is looking to create a series of 30 second animated TVC's using traditional cartoon style drawings. The idea is that an animated character, in this case a talking house, would present in each commercial. In some commercials the character will speak directly to camera and in others the character will speak to other characters. At this stage, please assume that a simple background or possibly even plain is required. Each TVC will have 20 seconds of new vision and conclude with 10 seconds of animated leader board / call to action screen that would be produced initially and then reused in each subsequent TVC. The project is to produce a series of TVC's (final numbers TBC). The client has specifically asked for a bulk purchase discount.
