Create an Animation

I need a marketing video created from slides that are in PSD format. All slides are created mapped and labeled for easy animation. I have assigned animation to each layer that will require animation (animation notes). The voice over has already been created. The movie will need to be 60 sec to 2min in final cut. I am looking for someone to animated slide to add impact and sync a voice over track to presentation. I have layer PSD files and a script. There are 10 slides and an animated logo. I am looking for a finished video optimised in three quality as well as AEP file: 1. high res 2. email res 3. post on landing page I will provide the following: 1. all imagery and graphics (10 psd files) 2. script and voice over 3. animated logo 4. animation notes (suggestions for elements) 5. music for background
