As per my understanding, there are 2 apps - Customer App and Guide App Following is the flow for Customer App: 1) Customer App will login using his email/facebook 2) After login, home page shows options/dropdown to select Country, city and type of tour. Once all the three are selected, user clicks on search. 3) A list appears with All the tours of the selected country,city and type of tour 4) Customer may select either of the tours to open Tour Details page. Customer can make booking for that tours. 5) Menu has options - Profile, Booking History, chats, chat support and Notifications 6) Chat support will allow customer to chat with Guide/Staff. It would be normal text chat. Customer can even call the guide/staff, but it would be normal phone call. 7) Chats will maintain chat history 8) Customers can receive notifications of promotional messages Guide App : 1) Login for guide using provided credentials 2) Receive requests from customers- which they can accept or ignore. After accepting, they can chat or call customer via normal phone function. 3) They can receive requests even from office 4) After completing tour they mark it completed and give rating.
