Connect Interbase Database .GDB to Android App

I would like to built your Android App. There maybe two differents ways to do it. 1.- Embedding the DB file into the Android App. (maybe not the right way) 2.-Connect to the DB via webservices or datasnap. This may be the best way. I asume the Interbase DB is running in a Windows Server. I offer you: Built your Android App to connect to your remote database.
