Cross Platform Small business app

We require the development of a simple iPhone app, Android and Blackberry app. Our clients are world wide buyers/agents of a product (will be revealed to winner only), so high quality professional styling for the app is critical. The app will be needed to be internationally available. We provide our buyers and agents with current prices. The buyers will use the app to submit a request for one of our sales representatives. Essentially, the app will be as follows: * Initial splash screen Sections: - Current FOB Prices - Current CNF Prices - World Rice News - Price Quotation Request - About Us - Contact Us Current FOB Prices: - A table showing current FOB prices (see [login to view URL]). These prices are to be obtained/updated from our website. Current CNF Prices: - Shows a list of countries to select from. - Shows current prices (obtained/updated from our website) for respective country for different products and relevant information World Rice News - Shows last 15 news articles. These articles are links to actual news source page. This is also to be obtained/updated from our website. Price Quotation Request - The form will include the following fields: (a) name (b) email (c) phone (d) destination port (e) quality )drop down) (f) quantity (drop down) (g) packing (drop down) (g) comments - All fields are compulsory - The form will have submit button only. - When the form has been successfully submitted - the user must be given a message that their request has been sent to us, and that we will respond soon. - The submitted form data must be sent to our email address - When the user has closed the app - we want it to store the contents of the first three fields (so the user does not have to keep filling them every time he opens the app) About Us: - A page of basic information Contact Us: - A page of basic information Other Details: - send users push notification when prices are updated. - At the bottom of the screen we will require four buttons (fob prices, cnf prices, world rice news, contact us). These four buttons will permanently be visible at the bottom of the screen. - Links to social media from contact us page. - The apps must be backward compatible across several older generations of the iPhone, Android and Blackberry operating systems. - There will be no fee to users for using the app, and there are no charges made when users visit our website. So it is entirely a free app. - The timeframe for the development will be three to four weeks. - The stage payments for the app will include the installation on the marketplaces. Specifically 50% of the fee will not be paid until all four versions of the app are fully installed and available on the iPhone, Android and Blackberry market places. - We a looking for an EXPERT who have experience in this type of technology, not someone looking to practice. We will require evidence from the successful applicant, that he/she has considerable experience in developing iPhone, Android and Blackberry apps.
