I have downloaded MobileMovieTexture from the Unity asset store and it works perfectly. I however need to display a video with transparency.
I have contacted the developer of MobieMovieTexture and he gave me three suggestions.
3 options for alpha video
• Chroma key on a colour to define the alpha channel
• Store a separate alpha channel version of the video under the video (doubling the frame height)
• Multiply the whole frame by a colour including alpha (to fade to alpha or something like that)
I tried the first two. But I am not sure if I have to adjust the c# code to make it work. We are under extreme pressure to finish this and basically everything is complete, I just need to fix the video with transparency. We have to finish by Monday morning so I jest need the revised code to complete this project.
