AWS Consultancy

I have a website in PHP/MySQL and I want to deploy it in Amazon Web Service cloud. I'm have some experience with AWS and used to be a programmer. I am not that good with Linux though. I will be using an Amazon AMI. I am using servers in EU region. I want all answers with references from reliable sources. What I need is: 1. Setup RDS to allow unicode characters in MySQL database 2. Can I setup a small size for RDS and then increase its size later? 3. Install Apache/PHP/MySQL client on Amazon AMI instance 4. Change some PHP setting(I'll provide them later) 5. Change some user rights on the website folder(I'll provide them later) 6. Install latest version of FFmpeg on Amazon AMI instance 7. A way to update FFmpeg on Amazon AMI instance whenever released from ffmpeg.org. 8. Save the AMI with the website for backup and auto scaling. 9. Do I need an EBS or should I save the website in the same AMI hard disk? 10. Setup Auto Scaling to scale up and scale down as needed. 11. Recommend scaling parameters (number of servers, memory usage, CPU load,...etc) 12. The website has a forum where users upload their images to show in the forum. Those images are saved in the hard disk. How to solve the issue if I have more than one webserver running each with a different hard disk? 13. Do I really need to use Elastic IP? Can my website work using <[login to view URL]> and <[login to view URL]>? 14, Do I have to do anything regarding reverse DNS lookups? 15. Also I need to setup a test website server using MySQL database instead of RDS. I will be running that instance for testing the website sometimes. 16. Anything else I might left out? I will accept the project as completed if my website is deployed successfully and all questions above are answered with reliable references (preferably from amazon aws site) Please estimate how long would you come up with answers to the above questions.
