Craigslist/ Classifieds posting service

Craigslist/ Classifieds posting service Rate will be heavily considered. I am looking for an expert in classifieds posting. Must be fully able to use proxies, Software such as CladG, Create/ Use PVAs and anything else needed for a large scale efficient classifieds posting campaign. While it is a preference for you to own the needed licenses etc, it is not mandatory, however you will have to be able to be 100% set up and running on a remote server, at your own time for software install and setup. You must be able to: 1. Add design 2. Have a large-scale multi city campaign. 3. Work with setting up PVAs/ sourcing them. 4. Working with proxies/ setup procies, etc. 5. Avoid 6. Start with about 3 cities, and about 15 posts per city per classifieds website. 7. and grow campaign from there. Must be extremely reliable, work daily to maintain posts/ send stats, etc. First few days will be busy with setup, than initially 2 hours or so a day to maintain campaigns. With regular adjustments. Must be able to provide time as needed and be available for emergencies. *This job is not intended to violate Craigslist's TOU.
