Hello! I am very happy to see a project like this on Freelancer.com! I have previously worked for a company that produced television programmes for children and I have done script writing for the same! I have also personally worked with children for 7 years in the field of education. This work was based in a slum community in Mumbai, India. I have handled newsletters for kids too. I suppose it is a series of videos you need since it is a tutorial, therefore I think it will need more time to prepare them. I hope that is okay with you.
