Academic literature research project.

I am looking for a professional researcher, preferably a qualified psychologist (even better if occupational and chartered) or a post grad who has access to an extensive academic/professional literature base to research and catalogue all academic/professional articles on a specific topic to do with behavioural measurement. I am guessing that we are talking about a couple of hundred articles in total, but not completely sure (hence the project!!). The topic is well defined and should be fairly easy to index and search. At the meta research level I want to understand if the volume of articles is increasing, static or declining. At the individual level I would like to have the synopsis of each article, author(s) date and source of publication. There is no need to read and/or summarise the articles, only to ensure that it is on topic (although that may be the focus of a separate project) Happy to pay on an hourly basis or fixed price, but very keen to bound the project to protect the interest of both parties. Let me know how much experience you have in professional literature research or within the psychology discipline, what access you have to academic and professional publications, and when you might be available (obviously I would like this completed as soon as possible!) Having spoken to a couple of universities I think that this is somewhere between 20 and 40 hours work Although I have used Freelancer for hundreds of projects this is the first time that I have requested academic research, so feel free to get back to me with any questions or clarifications. I'm happy to take any advice to improve on the quality of this project description.
