Categories in classic asp(repost)

I want you to create for me classic asp pages with MS-SQL2000 as database so I can have the same type of categories like displayed in the attached image. I want to be able to add new categories and or subcategories, and or disable or enable one. I created a table with the following conditions: CREATE TABLE [Categories] ( [Category_id] [int] IDENTITY (1, 1) NOT NULL , [Category_parent_id] [int] NULL , [Category_name] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NULL , [Category_active] [int] NULL , CONSTRAINT [PK_Categories] PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED ( [Category_id] ) ON [PRIMARY] ) ON [PRIMARY] GO But you are free to do whatever you want as long as it is logic. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
