adult streaming site needed

We have posted this project twice now. The first team wasted 2 weeks of our time by saying they could do it, and then all of the sudden the couldnt and dropped us. The second team gave us a couple of demos and then back out and kept half of the money. He ended up going 3 months over our deadline. We need serious bids, and time lines only. Also, since we have gotten scammed out of our money, we will only pay upon completion of the site. No 10% to start, no release on seeing on your server. We will escrow the ammount to you, and once its on our servers and running release it. We are serious project posters, and have much business to be done but cannot put our necks out anymore. So if you agree to all of what I just said, take a look at the attatchment, and give us a bid and HONEST timeline. Also please note that we already have a mock of the design look we want, so there shouldnt be much of a problem of design since we will show you what we want. Please see attatchment.
