Developer for Startup Software Firm

Looking for Developer to be part of a Startup software firm. Site and product are already live, and test clients working with the system. Have need for additional development help with experience in Visual Studio (C- Sharp, .NET 4.0), SQL 2008, CSS, web services and others. The right person is someone who has the following: - Able to work for a very small stipend in the short run, but potential equity position in the business as it grows. - Must be creative and think out of the box. - Able to study an existing code base and modify/enhance rapidly - Already owns the necessary software tools mentioned above. - Experience with law firm applications/operations a plus You will be joining a team of 5 other business and technical people that make up the company. Prefer someone in or near Monmouth County, NJ but telecommuting is okay for the right candidate. Successful candidate will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
