My client has two independent flight management systems that perform slightly overlapping roles. The first system plans the most operationally efficient schedule of flights for the day, the second would need to consume this data to initialise detailed planning of the flights before communication to flight crews.
I am an experienced systems analyst and developer working for the client. We need an ASP.net application to export data from one system and import it to the other. Both applications have well documented JSON web service interfaces. The first system sits on our own servers (and would be a logical place for the script to reside), the second system is a remote managed service outside our firewall.
