Basic asp.net c# application

This project is to have a basic asp.net application built using Visual Studio 2012, Vicual C#, Web and either in asp.net MVC3 or MVC4 Web Application, The default project provides login and register etc, what I want added is that when you login you get see a table that allows you to add links to a database table and have them appear on the screen. the links will be external links(dropbox links to music or videos) and when clicked will play in an embedded media player on the screen. Use the default database sql express that auto downloads with Visual studio express 2012. Basic documentation required: This doc need to be step by step. 30USD is the max I'll pay for this - very basic project
