We are looking for an individual or firm to execute and complete a module for a website.
This is a repost as the previous freelancer ran out of time.
You can download the documents to get a better understanding of what is needed. Please note that much is already completed.
The project involves the management of FAQs, the qualifications of these with the ability to update their status. FAQ’s can be made public, kept private or archived.
You will be communicating with our project manager.
Ensure that you can handle the work and meet deliverables.
Payment by escrow only.
Your code will be reviewed; we are fair but will not accept amateurish work.
You must be fast and deliver quality.
We require communication via IM.
Please note that the project should be delivered using Microsoft Patterns and Practices
If you cannot deliver on time and at the quality needed please do not bid, we are not a learning center...
Code and SQL scripts are about 5MB, we can email upon request.
Some of the following is already done (about 85%) but you most be mindfull of it.
--Move all C# from ASPX pages to CodeBehind files (.[login to view URL])
--Remove all uses of SqlDataSource controls in the ASPX files and use the Objects in the App_Code folder instead, the entire system should use those objects. If you need functionality that is not implemented in there then it should be implemented.
--Any data filter should be executed in a code-behind file, not through an ASP.NET data control. Any filter should preferably be applied at the database level.
--Please remove all hard-coded SELECT statements and use stored procedures instead
--Remove any access to any database other that those using the Microsoft Patterns and Practices Data Application Block 3.1 May 2007 and use the MP&P DAB Instead
--Remove all Database Connection information from the [login to view URL] except the database information for the ASP.NET SqlMembership provider or the MP&P DAB.
--Implement proper code indentation in all .cs files
--Please feel free to use the “using” statement in order not to have to spell out long namespaces. Ie: [login to view URL] db = …
--Complete the project per the specs
Project is for more than 100$ but we are tired on drones bidded 300$ without having a look at the requirements
