Structural drawings for a garage conversion to an additional living space

I am in need of a skilled designer to create structural drawings for a garage conversion to an additional living space. The space will provide an additional bedroom, bathroom and family room. I have existing architectural plans for the garage that we will be working from. I am looking for a designer to utilize an open floor plan and create load-bearing walls, customized shelving/storage solutions and any additional materials need to make this project successful. This project will require accurate measuring and detail-oriented work to ensure all design standards have been met. The deliverables for this project should include a detailed set of structural drawings including measurements and specifications for materials. A 3D model of the finished space would also be beneficial. For this project, I am expecting a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and up to date knowledge of building codes and standards.
