3D Modeling & Rendering

Looking for 3D Modelers for long-term collaboration. The project consist in modelling multiple facades of buildings in medium/high-poly geometry given a couple of image references. No architectural accuracy down to the centimer is needed only overall photorealistic final look. (you will have artistic freedom on detailing) The buildings will be inserted in a scene of a 3d photorealistic rendered video where the focus of the camera will be at the ground level. (No need for detailed roofs) Required Experience: - Blender 3D Modelling - UV Mapping of Textures - Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Substance Painter is a plus for future collaborations but not required for this specific case You will receive: - A couple of reference images of the building (see the attached examples) - A folder with tileable textures to be UV Mapped on the model - Shop Signs Vectors in case they need to be extruded (it's a plus if you are also able to recreate the vectors from an image) The deliverable should be a Blender File adhering to following specifications: - Well named and organized object/collections inside the blender project - Face Normals in the correct orientation - Well named materials assigned to the different parts of the model (Bricks, Plaster, Window Glass, Wood, etc..) - Shop Facades (at road level) should be a separate object - Above the ground Facades with windows and/or corners of the building (if present) should be tought as modules (separated object) in this way they can be replicated easily by snapping them together in order to extend the building facade - Complex ornaments or capitals can be simplified or omitted - Other required details based on the reference image: Curtains or blinds behind windows and interior fake plane as floor/roof, exterior gutter, shops billboards or awnings etc... We count for most buildings 1 day of modelling and 1 day of UV Mapping and material assignments. Adjustments can be made based on the complexity of each model.
