Question: Do you have info on existing constraints—load‑bearing walls/columns, exact window and door sizes with sill/head heights, plumbing stacks/HVAC chases, and any must‑keep room adjacencies—so I can set correct wall thicknesses, door swings, and circulation widths without clashes? Suggestion: I’ll deliver a clean 2D plan (DWG + PDF) with AIA/NCS layers, overall and string dimensions, room names with net areas, door swings and window tags, north arrow/scale, and a printable 1:100 sheet.
