I can show u sample. - Questions: 1) How will this be integrated on the site: framework/CMS, target container size(s), and performance budget per asset? Do you prefer vector Lottie (JSON) or video (WebM/MP4 with alpha), and should it loop seamlessly or end on a CTA state with scroll/hover/click triggers? 2) Do you have a character/brand motion guide (proportions, do’s/don’ts, emotion range)? Will there be VO/SFX or on-screen text, and any accessibility requirements (captions, reduced motion, color contrast) or localization needs? - Suggestions: 1) Use Lottie for crisp, lightweight vector animation (~150–250 KB) with WebM alpha and MP4 fallbacks. Implement prefers-reduced-motion, lazy loading, and an initial poster frame. Provide two versions: a seamless loop for the hero and a non-loop variant that settles on a CTA/brand lockup. 2) Build a reusable rig with master controllers (IK, facial phonemes, blink cycles) and a motion system (easing tokens, arcs, overlap/secondary motion). Deliverables: source files (AE+Bodymovin or Animate/Spine), JSON/WEBM/MP4 exports, 16:9 and 1:1 crops, 24 fps (or stylized 12 fps), sRGB color-managed assets, and a brief integration guide for CDN, preloading, and Core Web Vitals.
