necesito crear un servicio para windows capaz de conectarse a un servidor opc-da y opc-hda. el cliente debe permitir explorar la red o manualmente configurar la ip y demas parametros requeridos para la configuracion. Luego de la conexion el cliente me debe mostrar los tagas y ramas disponible en ese servidor al que se conecto y enviarlos via mqtt a un servidor que puedo configurar indicando la frecuencia de lectura de los datos al opc. En resumen, un servicio que me me permita conectar a un servidor opc, consumir la data y enviarla via mqtt a un servidor. Requiero un desarrollador preferiblemente en .net pues es la tecnologia base del protocolo opc. las siguientes librerias permiten la conecion:
