Infrastructure Architects are responsible for providing insights and reports on the functionality required by the business and at what quality level. The site is about 6 acers, lot of trees and very steep, there is one house at the bottom of the block. At the top of the block, we want to build another house which will require extensive cut to fill for the building platform and will need retaining walls, in addition trees will have to be removed requiring an arborists report for Manningham council. We will also need an architect to design the project, engineering design and someone to communicate with council and advise us what we have to do next. Thanks, Steve Harris.
I am looking for an engineer to design retaining wall sections for a project in Atascadero California. Engineer must be licensed in California. TW and EG called out on the civil plans. Typically need walls in 2' increments usually starting at 3', 5', 7' or 4',6',8'. Assumed to be asphalt driveway between the retaining walls on either side. Active pressures with increases for back sloping is in the soils report. Needs to be loaded for a fire truck, typically 250 from what I've seen.
