I need a bilingual virtual assistant from either Brazil or Argentina to become the first point of contact for my customers over live chat. Your main focus will be real-time customer communication: greeting visitors, answering product or service questions, solving simple issues on the spot, and keeping them informed of next steps when a ticket must be escalated.
