I've got a windows schedule for a small house (around 28 windows, plus/minus). The current wondows schedule doesnt account for ceiling height differences or door lintel levels. This is for a new set of design patent drawings for my patented product the TeaPod (US patents 8701550 and D730688). The size and relative position of the unit in the customary seven views must be exactly as show in the attachment. (Note the shading of the drawings in the attachment is not done correctly and the outlines are too thin and of poor quality.) I am serving as my own GC and building a house approximately 775 square feet. Shed design, very simple. It will have a basement with ICF walls. I was trying to do my own plans on Autocad and did make some progress but I don't think I can complete the work myself. I live in Routt County, Colorado and the house will be built under the 2018 IBC. I already have the basic floorplan.
