Hola, necesito pulsar con SendKeys en lenguaje VBScript la tecla WIN. Alguien me puede ayudar?

Requiero un vbscript macro que permita generar en una hoja excel una plantilla estructurada o personalizada según campos y espacios dadas a partir de una tabla de datos de excel. La condición de separación o agrupamiento es dada a partir del campo IDProducto el cual se rige de acuerdo al registro subsiguiente del campo IDProducto. Si éste tiene el mismo valor debería agruparlos con los datos correspondientes y en caso de que sean distintos deberá adicionar una nueva fila conteniendo los campos preestablecidos de la primera y celdas vacías tal como se muestra en el archivo adjunto. Dentro del presupuesto incluir el tiempo requerido y nro de revisiones a la que está afecta.
