I am developing a question-answer chat bot based on GPT and my own subject-oriented knowledge base. Basic code for a question and answer bot based on LangChain. Text materials are broken into fragments, indexed using embeddings and stored in a vector database. Relevant documents are then retrieved from the database on demand and fed to the input of the GPT model. However, all this works with low accuracy. Right now I'm using a regular retriever that searches for 3 similar fragments in the text, but it performs poorly. The text is in Russian. Looking for someone who can implement a more accurate solution that takes into account context or synonyms. I am not well versed in this area. Ready to discuss details
