Hi We're looking for someone to create a number of reports for us in Autotask using their LiveReports module () The reports are made up of trouble-ticket data from the autotask system, and analyzes that data from different angles to report on response and service level metrics. We need our ticket information data pump updated. When a user is disabled in Autotask it sets the @active id to 0. We need that to be updated in our database table. Currently the program just does an insert and is only adding new records. Also I would like some kind of log size truncation. Currently it grows infinitely.
