Deseo optimizar A2Billing para dos plantas telefónicas (Issabel Project) ya que en ocasiones estos se saturan y terminan afectando la experiencia de las llamadas teléfonicas (no se procesan o se entrecortan) de un Call Center. Ambos tarificadores se encuentran virtualizados (Hyper V). Nuestro actual proveedor ha tenido que formatear un par de veces cuando los casos se agravan, según "porque las tablas de la base de datos se corrompen" o "daños al sistema". Entre mis ideas está migrar de MySQL a SQL Server por la alta transaccionabilidad. Aunque quedo atento a nuevas sugerencias. Requiero persona experta en estos temas.
