I know it doesn't sound original at all,. but if we take a closer look we can see the second face of this name, the meaning that finally does comunicate with the main topic. Second hand is actually the little hand that beats seconds in watches. It's just a little "word-toy" and I thought you should see it as well as any other variation. Enjoy it:)
