We are immersed in complex systems that are always pushing or pulling our mind in many directions. (SOMEONE LOST IN A CROWD - GEARS, ROPES OR CABLES BEING TREATED, SOMEONE PUSHING SOMETHING - A PERSON PULLED IN MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS, A PERSON IN A CROSSROAD WITHOUT KNOWING THE DIRECTION TO FOLLOW)

Everyone wants some of their attention, their time, or their money. (AN IMAGE OF A PERSON ALMOST SUGGESTED BY A SWIRL, MONEY BEING BURNED, A PULLEY WITH THE TIME ENDING)

These external forces make enormous demands: professional success, marital demands, financial success, physical health, emotional health, aesthetic standards, status, family demands ...
(A FERRARI, A PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL BODY ... HERE I HAD NOT HAD MANY IDEAS!)

In a few decades we have come out of a big black-and-white device with a few programs for a huge and growing avalanche of equipment with thousands of functions. Every new device is accompanied by hundreds of new applications and numerous social networks: Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp that need our constant attention - all this sucking our attention, our energy, our life, like a gigantic magnet.
(SHOW ANY BLACK AND WHITE IMAGE OF AN ANTIQUE TV AS A FAMILY ATTENDING, SHOWING THE FIRST CELL PHONE AND THEN FOLLOWING DEVICES OF APPLIANCES, APPLICATIONS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS WITH PEOPLE SPEAKING TO MANY PEOPLE WITH APARENTING TO HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING THIS VERY FAST - AT THE END AN IMAGE OF A PERSON PLACED IN VARIOUS EQUIPMENT AS A SLAVE OF THEM)

Our interaction with this complex and chaotic system ends up generating within us: fear, insecurity, discontent, frustration, anguish - a constant feeling that we are always late, indebted to everyone, that something is wrong and perhaps worse.

Our research shows that enormous social, interpersonal pressures and accelerating technological change are associated with alarming worldwide growth of various mental illnesses: ANXIETY, STRESS, INSONIA, and FOOD DISTURBANCES, resulting in losses of hundreds of billions of dollars and an incalculable mental and physical suffering for 40% of the world's population.
