I need a cartoon-like drawing of a friend for a gift.

Requirements:

1. Drawing of young man
- I have included pics of the subject (late 20s male, blonde hair)
- Dressed in a white sleeveless vest, shorts, and aviator sunglasses
- The Angry Birds logo on the white vest (http://www.stickpng.com/img/games/angry-birds/angry-birds-logo-icon)
- Big smile!
- One hand on waist and other pointing in the air

2. Text written below the character saying
- YOLO

I have included a basic sketch as an outline of what I want. I am open to different styles, but I want it to be a cartoon figure (rather than a life-like caricature)

Hehe. The winner is not best entry (nothing against artist, cong.for the win), but that's a 10 minute work, let's be real :) He win just because he made character to look like real person better than other, that's the only reason. Again, congratulation for the win.

Hello! I'd like to give a go on this. Do you have any wishes regarding the background? Does he have some favourite places he's visited or likes going back to? Or should it just be a plain color?
