I have a land size : 72 x 195 m2, and like to make it as residential villa for sales. And The house contain :
1. 2 Floor concept modern home resort (size make it suit with total land size , maybe 1 home size 12 x 30 m) you can adjust
2. Have Swimming Pool each house
3. Have Garden
4. Carport for 4 cars min
5. Housemaid room different access with owner (but still in same house)
6. The complex have 1 sport louge and jogging track and security post
7. and other thing that can make this residential villa comfort to live and modern one

Please provide me the master plan / floor plan / residential design interior and exterior for each room
