I've got an eBook selling on Amazon, although it's not selling as well as I'd like:

I want to try out a new cover, one that might better attract the reader's eye and increase sales. This is a book about writing website pages. If you're new to making a website and don't know what to do, this book will tell you how to write each of your content pages. It's got a little bit on SEO, but it's really marketed toward all those people making their own website at home for the first time.

The book is about getting your page to the top of Google, and uses "Google" in the title. I CAN'T USE A GOOGLE LOGO. I contacted the company and they told me that would be a violation of their terms. So please, NO Google Logo as it appears on their site.

I'd like the final cover to be 1562x2500 and another 1600x2400. Here are some top selling books in similar categories to mine to give you some ideas:

One of the main things with eBook covers is the title has to be readable at sizes of 250x250 or even 150x150. Maybe even smaller.

That's how a lot of books show up on Amazon's search, and if people can't see what the book is about at a glance they'll pass right on by it. If they can't read the title they'll probably read the next book's title below it.

There are some good designs here but the text on the cover, all of it, has to be readable at small sizes. And I think books that aren't cluttered with a lot of things also look better. Too much to focus on makes a reader just go to the next book,

  That's not the Google logo, it's a likeness of it it. Go to amazon and type in Google. You'll see a lot of covers using the logo without permission, many using logos that are changed around a bit, and many with plain text dressed up to look similar.
  
  As long as it's not exactly like that on their website, I think we can get away with it.
  
  The thing is, that cover has a really appealing design, and that's the main reason I gave it such a high rating. I didn't notice the text until later. The first thing I saw was a bright cover that invitingly jumped out at me.
