  Your original request had little information to truly develop a proper layout. This is the first time that I was informed about eliminating the kitchen and the sitting room. Unless accurate info is given, a true and accurate design is impossible. Is the staircase enclosed as shown? Just one of the questions. Is this a 2 level house and what floor is this? Bedrooms and bathrooms only?
