Hello! I need a quick chart done in D3.js. Should be very easy for anyone familiar with the library, and really straight forward if you're only familiar with other charting libraries.

I'm attaching the data and the desired output (attached in Excel and png).

Here's what we need: A chart of 2 user's investment performance, with labels for each trade for one of the users. Specifically:

Two lines in one chart over time (data provided).

•Only one of the lines has a labels. These labels are from a separate column!

•Specific colors for lines are RGB 41/151/173 and RGB 243/143/29.

•White chart background

•Legend at the top

•Important: Need to be able to zoom, please!

If the chart turns out nicely this could turn into a bigger opportunity. If you don't know D3 but can accomplish this with another web method please let me know.
