Proposed Name : Park Building
I need to construct a new modern office building on a main highway in Dammam , Saudi Arabia.
The plot size is 1800 square meters with a dimension 30 M by 60 M where the 30 Meter side is on the highway. The building is near the biggest park in the city.
The plot is on 2 streets front and behind.
The allowable built area is 60% of the plot area which will be 1080 square meter.
The basement entrance will be from back of the building.
The building should be consist of :
Basement on the total area.
Ground floor 60% which is 1080 M2
Mezzanine floor 60% which is 1080 M2
1st floor 60% which is 1080 M2
2nd floor 60% which is 1080 M2
3rd floor 60% which is 1080 M2
4th floor 60% which is 1080 M2
5th floor 60% which is 1080 M2
Roof Top floor 30% which is 540 M2

So, total floors above the ground will be 8 floors @ height up to 28 meters.

Hello Sir, Sir your requirements are not clear. As i am a Professional and have a experience of 32 Years out of which 28 years in Saudi Arabia. Their is a process which has to be carried out first the floor plans are to be finalised then it is proceeded to the elevations. Are the floor plans already drafted?
