Tell me how you will build an app that does the following:

1. Allows a user to authorise my app to work with their twitter account.

2. Posts tweets to their account from a web form.

Remember, this contest is not to do the work, just outline in as much detail as you can how you will do it. Demonstrate how well you know how to use the twitter api.

It is likely that the person that describes best how they will do it will get the job to do the work
