I need a fresh, modern logo that instantly signals “real estate” while still feeling distinct to my brand. The design must weave together three key elements: subtle building imagery, my company initials, and an abstract shape that ties everything into a cohesive mark. Green is the hero colour; supporting neutrals are fine as long as the overall palette stays clean and contemporary.

Here’s what will help me say yes quickly:
• 3–4 original concept drafts delivered within three days
• A clear explanation of how each concept combines the building motif, initials, and abstract form
• Up to two rounds of thoughtful revisions
• Final files in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution PNG (full colour, black, white)
• A brief style sheet detailing colours and fonts so I can keep future collateral consistent

Vector-based work is essential, and I prefer designs built in Adobe Illustrator or another professional tool that preserves editability. If any stock assets are used, let me know beforehand; otherwise, everything should be custom.

Once approved, transfer of full ownership and usable source files completes the project. I’m eager to see creative ideas that feel sleek, green-forward, and unmistakably real estate.
