Resumen del concurso

I'd like a round gift label that is 76mm in diameter.
I would like it to have a watercolour heart like the attached photo but in red.
I would like the words to be white in the same font as shown but to say Happy Birthday.
Then around the edge of the circle I'd like it to say TO: and FROM:
The to and from need to be curved along the edge of the label.
I would also be open to there being a border, I'm not sure yet, need to see what it looks like.
I'd like the font for TO and FROM to be block text, not script and it needs to be black.
