I’m looking for a specialist (architect, structural engineer, or experienced contractor) to design and/or install a safe, removable floor system over an existing indoor swimming pool, similar to the attached reference image.

Objective
Create a solid, level floor over the pool so the space can be used for events / multipurpose activities, while keeping the pool intact and usable in the future.

Indoor rectangular pool, approx. 8 m x 4 m (26 ft x 13 ft), depth 1.4–1.8 m
Existing pool surround/deck in concrete
Structure should not permanently damage the pool shell or plumbing

Scope of Work

Concept & Design

Propose a structural system (e.g. modular platform, steel/wood frame, telescopic or rolling deck).
Confirm load capacity (minimum suitable for crowded occupancy and furniture; specify kN/m² or psf).
Recommend flooring material (non‑slip, moisture‑resistant, visually matching existing space).
Include practical access for opening/removing sections for swimming and maintenance.
Technical & Safety Requirements

Stable, level surface with no tripping hazards.
Moisture‑ and corrosion‑resistant materials.
Ventilation/drainage strategy to prevent condensation and mold.
Compliance with local building/safety codes.
Installation (Preferred)

Provide material list and cost estimate.
If you can install, include installation service and timeline; otherwise, provide full drawings and instructions for my local contractor.
