My url shortener service (that works like tinyurl) has been built for speed and can handle massive load.

I need to promote it to get people using it but I'm unsure where to put my effort and energy.

I'm not interested in doing SEO, article marketing or spamming forums wiht backlinks using blackhat tools like xrumer.

Looking for good suggestions and hope you can help!
