I need the graphics for a complete makeover of an existing Android game - MaxMem Cheerleaders

The game is a memory game (pairs) where you see cards laid out with the backside up and the card picture hidden. You then have to find 2 cards with the same picture. If you try the game, it might help you to understand what I need.

I need the following:
1 empty buttons, where I can write text in it, for the function (e.g. easy, medium, hard, browse, statistics...)
1 empty button, for when the button is clicked.
1 backgrounds (for main screen, game screen, statistic screen and browse screen)
1 backside for the cards
1 Logo (size 512x512) / icon (size 48x48)

All PNG
And I need your suggestion on how the layout should be, for the game. This could be done by making mock-up screenshots.

  #10 is very nice. I like the american touch, since cheerleaders is an american thing. I think it might be a little difficult to play the game, using am actual picture, of a cheerleader as the card backside. Maybe it would be better, to use the logo on a solid background.
