I have several 2-D drawings for a series of concept homes and now need them translated into complete, build-ready 3-D visualisations. The models will guide my construction planning, so accuracy is critical.

Scope
• Convert my sketches and dimensional plans into fully detailed 3-D models.
• Include both exterior and interior spaces—every wall, finish, fixture and furnishing should be represented.
• Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting so I can assess design intent before breaking ground.

Preferred workflow
I am comfortable reviewing native files from Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max, rendered through V-Ray, Lumion or comparable engines. If you use a different toolchain, that’s fine as long as you can supply high-resolution stills (4K) plus the editable source model.

Acceptance criteria
– All structural and room dimensions match the provided drawings.
– Exterior cladding, roofing, windows and doors are textured to scale.
– Interior rooms show flooring, cabinetry, appliances, furniture and lighting fixtures positioned logically.
– Final delivery includes at least six hero renders (front, rear, two interiors, sectional cut, bird’s-eye) and the full model file.

Timeline is flexible for quality work, but please outline your milestones for modelling, texturing, first draft review and final delivery when you reply.
